Pilots is an episodic play writing competition in which six writers go head to head to win the favor of the audience. Each week the writers will present a 10 minute episode based on a theme. Those who fare will get another episode, those who don’t will have to start over with a brand new pilot episode. At the end of the Season the two writers with the most consecutive episodes of a single plot line will face off in a final showdown to determine who wins their golden wings and the season’s prize.

Season 001 of Pilots will take place in the Winter/Spring of 2019 in New York City and will feature all writers who are immigrants or first-generation Americans.
